The Tawny

You might be lucky enough to glimpse one of the majestic nocturnal birds from which The Tawny takes its name. Set in the restored historic gardens of the 19th-century Consall Hall Estate near Stoke-on-Trent, this “deconstructed hotel” gives guests the chance to stay in low-impact cabins of a sophisticated bent scattered all around the 70-acre grounds.
